Michelle Melo is a bilingual Multidisciplinary Artist, Teaching Artist facilitator, and Curriculum Designer currently based in New York. She serves as a teaching artist at the Queens Museum, where she designs and facilitates art-making workshops for both adults and children. Additionally, Melo co-leads Art Access, a monthly program for children and adults on the autism spectrum. Since 2008, she has also been an artist associate and costume designer for El Museo del Barrio's annual Three Kings Day Parade. With over 10 years of experience teaching children across New York City, she brings a wealth of expertise to her artistic practice.
